Troop 102 is chartered by the LCpl. Frank C. Allen / Okinawa Memorial VFW Post 9723 and has been providing a top-notch quality scouting program on Okinawa for over 59 years.

Troop 102 meets on Mondays from 6:30 to 8:00 PM in the Ryukyu Middle School Cafeteria on Kadena AFB. 

Prospective Boy Scouts who meet the Boy Scouts of America requirements to join need to attend a Troop 102 meeting with a parent for an interview with the Scoutmaster.
